I have just pushed your last commit (about nograph/nodisplay options).
I am not sure that what you done to the tables is the best thing to do. Latex provides packages to split long tables (for instance the supertabular package, other packages are described here http://www.tug.org/pracjourn/2007-1/mori/mori.pdf) and we should use them instead of abitrarily cut the tables after fifty lines (because the maximum number of lines should depend on the font size, magin sizes and orientation. If there is no objections I will change that...
