To continue with this ticket, two questions need to be answered:

1) Is the stochastic steady state computed and, if so, where is it stored?

2) What syntax is preferred:

* a syntax consistent with the majority of the Dynare syntax (e.g. an irf_initval block)

or

* a syntax that aligns more with the newer style of Dynare syntax (e.g. an option such as irf_initval=[a=1,b=2,...])
