I have just uploaded Dynare 4.2.5 in Debian Unstable, built on top of Octave 3.6 (see [1]).
Therefore it is now possible to use Dynare+Octave 3.6 in Debian Unstable. These packages should enter Debian Testing in a couple of weeks, when we have sorted out the remaining Octave Forge packages (see [2]).
Note that I have just upgraded Karaba to Octave 3.6. This means that, starting from tomorrow, the automated nightly run of the testsuite will be done against Octave 3.6.
