I've been using Dynare for a while, and one of the things I have been working on is to replicate the Bayesian estimation of the model in a paper by Gertler, Sala and Trigari (*). This is a large model, so there is a lot to keep track of, and the .mod file becomes quite long as well. One thing that I have found really helpful in making the file more readable and hence easier to work with, is to use an editor with syntax highlighting and code folding enabled to recognize the Dynare commands and keywords.
