As for the bison 3 problem, if you’d like to configure things directly on your own, you need to install an older version of bison. Do: brew tap homebrew/versions brew install homebrew/versions/bison27 brew link --force bison27

Sorry for bothering you with this. We also tried using the linux-pipeline with “configure” and “make all”, but make then complains about bison 3.0 being installed on the machine and the build not supporting it.

There are several problems with this:

1. As stated on the site, the instruction is “brew install dynare” not “brew dynare”

2. There should be no line break. The user has typed "—with- matlab” and not “—with-matlab"

The user should read the github site more carefully.

Thanks. That should hopefully fix the problem. I will try it, but that might take some time, because the user now is on vacation.
