For your information, I just rebuilt and uploaded a new version of the Windows installer for Dynare 4.2.4.

The first reason for doing so is that the dynare++ binary was broken in the previous installer.

The other reason is that I rebuilt against Octave 3.4.3.

Note that Octave 3.6.1 has been released, but there is no graphical installer for Windows yet, so I preferred to recompile against 3.4.

Also note that I am currently working on the official Debian package for Octave 3.6.1; it should enter Debian unstable soon.
