We are planning to release 4.1 very soon, before Christmas.

I have reassigned to milestone 4.2 various Trac tickets which were initially planned for 4.1, and that we won't have the time to deal with before Christmas.

Please pay particular attention not to break anything in the trunk, until we create the branch for 4.1.

Also note that before creating the 4.1 branch, I plan to reindent all the C++ and Matlab code.
