Just to inform you that I have uploaded to the Dynare website a new Windows binary for Octave version 3.6.4 [1]. This binary is compatible with Windows 8.

I also updated and simplified the build instructions for Windows on the wiki [2]. You’ll need to download and reinstall the new ZIP files attached to the wiki page.
