Is this about the discretionary solution in nonlinear models or in a linear quadratic framework?

It is in nonlinear model, but we should use your code for the linear case. Levine and Pearlman will also be providing their own LQ software.

We have not succeeded in answering all of our problems. The answers we have found only serve to raise a whole set of new issues. In some ways we are as confused as ever, but we believe we are confused on a higher level and about more important things. (cited in Øksendal, 1985)

Comment(by sebastien):
New discretionary_policy command has been implemented by Junior Maih (LQ optimizer).
Need to improve the documentation of that new command.
Need also to decide if this is enough or if we want another more sophisticated algorithm.

Comment:
We're fine with the LQ case for now.
