As for the previous year, we want to have a new major release of Dynare before the Summer School. I target a release during the week before the Summer School, let’s say on June 17.

In order to have sufficient time for testing and debugging, this means that we must enter a feature-freeze a bit earlier, let’s say on May 31. Past that date, only bug fixes will be accepted in Dynare 4.4.

As a consequence, if you have any feature that you want to be incorporated into Dynare 4.4, please make sure to merge it soon in the master branch. If you are unsure about your ability to meet the deadline but still feel that the feature you’re working on must be in Dynare 4.4, please contact me directly.
