Thanks Johannes, I will remove this mod file and check that we do not copy this file in the example folder... We could remove the folder fs2000, we would just have to take fs2000.mod from another subdirectory.

Hi Johannes,

Do we really need fs2000/fs2000_analytic_derivation.mod in the testsuite (which is failing because of non positive definite hessian matrix)?

I hardly see the difference with the integration test in the analytical_derivates subfolder, except that in fs2000 subfolder we do not provide the analytical steady state.
