Dear Stéphane,

various functions like dyn_forecast in master still use options_.nobs, but you deleted its setting when using makedataset. Hence, many functions now work with the NaN initialization it got in global_initialization.m. Shall we set options_.nobs in makedataset? Or do we replace all calls to it by something else?
