As promised, I created a Windows installer for Octave 3.6.1 MinGW.

There was a bug in the BLAS library of the first installer that I send you.
Please uninstall it if you have tried it, and install the new version (available at the same URL above).
It should work with the current snapshot. Please report any issue.
