[DynareDev] New developers' list

Hi all,

The new mailing list is set up. You just have to send your emails to dev@dynare.org

The following people are subscribed for the moment: Michel, Stéphane, Ferhat, George and myself.

I have configured the list so that the default "Reply-To" header points to the list; this is not recommended for lists with a lot of traffic, but in our case, I think it is useful.

The archives of the list are on: http://www.dynare.org/pipermail/dev/

For the moment they are public. Tell me if you think we should make them private.
