I believe they are still useful for Windows environment. If we remove them, we need to find another storage place. I wouldn't spend time improving the way we keep version 3.

Thanks Michel. Shouldn't we remove the mexglx files from /branches/3.xx/matlab?

I just copy the DLL for version 4 in the ./dynare/matlab directory of version 3. I don't think that we have changed the calling sequences.
I believe that the exact source code of the DLLs that are included in binary form in version 3 are lost. There is a source code for mjdgges.c from 2001 in the dowload section of the web site near the bottom.
For gensylv the history of the sources are in SVN for dynare++

Hi Michel,
I need to debug something on dynare version 3 (a recent post by glucke on the forum). Unfortunatly the mexglx files are not working on my linux... Where can I find the sources of the mex files? There is nothing on subversion (branches/3.xx).
Stéphane.
