Is this now good time to start uploading extensions to 4.1.x trunk (e.g. in the Dynare++/sylv library for C++ estimation)?

I uploaded the new package for Dynare 4.1.0 on the website.
Houtan: could you create a Mac package, starting from the source package on the website? I think this package should contain binaries (Intel and PPC if possible) for preprocessor, dynare++, MEX for Octave, documentation, but no MEX for MATLAB. It should rather provide the build_matlab.m script and all the source files for MEX, so that users can recompile the MEX on their own machine. We can't provide binary MEX for all the various versions of MATLAB.
