Dear all,
I would like to pick up Sébastien's suggestion to raise the minimum Matlab requirement of Dynare. I would like to suggest to make at least 7.3 (2006b) the new minimum requirement. This would shrink the number of number of Mex-File delivered and selectable in the Dynare unstable package from 7 to 5. Apart from making the file smaller and reducing the compilation time, this would also make the installer more tidy. Moreover, as this version is already 6 years old, I doubt earlier versions are used that much.
Best,
Johannes

Fixed in c65ff9d988a9c3fd4c34d9ff330f7c4551d7f61b.
I did not raise the requirement for MATLAB, since the fix was easy.
However we might still want to raise the requirement (in master) for other reasons, such as using newer functions.
