Well, Michel and myself still think that the estimation DLL should not use parts of Dynare++, but rather its own Matrix class (I already have a prototype of that class), both for performance reasons and also for modularity. This is something which we should discuss together when we see each other. I can send you my (unfinished) prototype if you want to see it before you come to Paris.
